This is what is happening to the coastline

of the Great Lakes!!

All along the coasts of the Great Lakes, once beautiful

beaches are seeing the water receed out farther and

farther. Just 20 years ago, the waves came up to the

red line indicated below.  Sandbars are visible that

were never visible before.

After a 30 inch drop in lake levels, the water is significantly

farther out. It is estimated the Great Lakes will lose even

more! How much more can we take before enough is enough?
